What to Watch on Christmas
now that 'The Interview' Won't Play in Theaters

It looks like the North Korean hackers got what they wanted this year for Christmas because 'The Interview' will not be playing in theaters on December 25th as was originally planned. So, if you're dying to watch something that day, what are your choices? Check out some of my suggestions below.

'The Imitation Game'

'The Imitation Game' had a limited release in theaters last month. But on Christmas day, it will have a nationwide release. I was lucky enough to catch a screening of the film in Los Angeles a few weeks ago. It was a really great movie and I definitely recommend that you check it out!

'Annie' (1982)

The 2014 movie 'Annie' hits theaters on Christmas day. However, the remake currently has a 4.5/10 rating on IMDB. But the good news is that the original movie is currently streaming on Netflix!

'Transparent'

If you have Amazon Prime, you can stream the entire first season of the show 'Transparent' online. Webseries from Netflix like 'House of Cards' and 'Orange is the New Black' have both been critical hits. Amazon quickly followed Netflix's idea to create original programming. This month Amazon picked up its very first Golden Globe nominations (Best Actor for Jeffrey Tambor and Best TV Series) for the first season of 'Transparent.'
