Still Need a Dessert Idea For Your Oscar Party?

The Academy Awards are tomorrow night. Right now I am getting my desserts ready for my bash. I decided to make 'Star Wars' themed cookies in honor of 'The Force Awakens.' If you're interested in making this dessert, here is the link to the delicious sugar cookie recipe I found online. I would recommend against using a pre-made sugar cookie package from the supermarket because I find that those types of cookie doughs are very sticky and hard to make shapes with. I don't own a storm trooper cookie cutout, so I printed this from the internet and outlined it with a toothpick. You can use a Wilton black gel to decorate the cookie, or use black food coloring like I did. Here is the icing recipe I used tonight.
