Who Else Should be a GPS Navigation Voice?

I was so giddy this afternoon when I stumbled upon this article announcing that actor Morgan Freeman has lent his voice to Waze. It got me thinking about which other memorable voices would be perfect for Google's navigation app.

1. James Earl Jones

A few years ago, Garmin released a line of 'Star Wars' voices for their GPS devices. One of the options was Yoda, and the other was Darth Vader. However, Vader's voice was portrayed by a James Earl Jones impersonator. Wouldn't it be so cool if the legendary actor lent his voice to Waze?

2. Shohreh Aghdashloo

My boyfriend just finished watching season one of the Syfy show 'The Expanse.' I couldn't help but notice the very distinctive voice of one of the actresses, Shohreh Aghdashloo. Although you cannot listen to her give you navigational directions, he has narrated several books.

3. Helen Mirren

Oscar winner Helen Mirren has done voice acting for animated films like 'Monsters University' and 'Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole.' Her voice is so unique that even John Oliver asked her to do some voice work for a segment on his show last year. I would love to hear her voice while driving!
